About The Festival

The paragon of Perth beer festivals is back for 2019!

Teaming ice cold beers, with succulent local beef, the WA Beer & Beef Festival takes the humble outdoor barbecue to the next level. With over 100 brews to choose from, and beef delicacies from some of Perth’s superlative chefs, restaurants & food trucks, why would you want to be anywhere else?

We’ve listened to your feedback, which is why 2019 will see the WA Beer & Beef Festival run over two huge days at a BRAND NEW VENUE. Combining everything we loved about the Swan Valley with the more central location of Elizabeth Quay, this year you will be kicking back by the water in the shady surrounds of BURSWOOD PARK.

Come hang out with us on November 23rd & 24th and make the most of the spring sunshine with live music, roaming entertainment, beef tastings, market stalls, carnival rides and heaps more. We are kid friendly and dog friendly so make sure you bring the whole family!

Festival General Info

The Festival runs 11am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There is plenty of transport available, with Burswood train station a short walk away, or Victoria Park Bus Station being conveniently set just over on the Causeway. Fancy driving in? No worries – there is plenty of free parking available within the Crown Casino precinct, and along the riverfront.

For the Mums and Dads wanting to know if they can bring their kids to the WA Beer & Beef Festival, you are more than welcome to bring along your child. Entry is free for under 18’s, however, they will need to be closely supervised at all times.

The WA Beer & Beef Festival is an entirely cashless event! We use EFTPOS at every bar, food stall and market stall. This means you can use your own EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa card anywhere – no tokens, no re-loadable wristbands, no extra charge.

Burgers, snags, beef cheeks, steak, ribs, brisket – the list goes on! Head over to our BEEF page to check out who will be providing the mouth watering goods this year!

We’ve got beer lovers from all walks of life covered. Fancy an export? Head to our Tinnies for Tradies stall and grab an ice cold can. Prefer a hoppy IPA with grassy overtones? Our local craft breweries have got you covered. Check out the BEER page for a full list of breweries on offer!

Purchase one of our $30 tasting cards to sample the brews on offer and pick your favourite, or join one of our beer school classes to learn (and taste) everything you need to know about the great amber ale.
